Elton Hercules John CH CBE, born Reginald Kenneth Dwight on 25 March 1947, is a British singer, pianist, and composer renowned for his impact on the music industry, especially in the 1970s. His partnership with lyricist Bernie Taupin is celebrated globally. John's success spans decades, with significant achievements in musical films and theatre as well as chart-topping hits.
