James Blunt

James Blunt, born James Hillier Blount on 22 February 1974, is an English singer-songwriter and former British Army officer. His debut album 'Back to Bedlam' and hit singles like 'You're Beautiful' propelled him to global fame. Blunt has released seven albums, sold over 20 million records worldwide, and received numerous awards including two Brit Awards. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in aerospace manufacturing engineering and sociology from the University of Bristol, after which he served in the British Army, rising to the rank of captain.
