Radiohead

Radiohead are an English rock band formed in 1985 in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The members met at Abingdon School and originally named their band On a Friday. Their experimental approach has significantly influenced alternative rock. Radiohead signed with EMI in 1991, changing their name at the label's request. They gained prominence with their single 'Creep' and albums such as 'OK Computer' and 'Kid A'. With over 30 million albums sold worldwide and numerous awards, including six Grammys, they are highly acclaimed. Radiohead self-released 'In Rainbows' in 2007, pioneering a 'pay what you want' model. In 2019, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame【27†source】.
